Payment and Fulfilment

Once an order has been made and payment successfully processed, your order will be posted within 2 working days. Postage will be with Australia Post and therefore delivery times will depend on their terms of service. We will let you know when the order has been shipped and share an Australia Post tracking code.

If you require express or special shipping, please get in touch and we can arrange alternative options.

Packaging costs are included in the cost of your order and will include, where possible, sustainable boxes and mailers.

If the Gift Wrapping option has been selected, we will include a complementary greeting card and message.

Heggs does not take responsibility for items lost in the post, but give us a shout if your order doesn’t arrive and we’ll try to help.

Returns Policy

We really hope you love your Heggs when they arrive. If you don’t, we’re happy for you to return and issue a refund. We will not cover the cost of postage however.

If your items are damaged or elements missing, let us know and we’ll be happy to work through a solution with you.

Privacy

Any personal information captured as part of the selling process such as name, email and address will not be disclosed to third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site Heggshunt.com, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off, and download extracts of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material posted on our site.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Purchase of a game of Heggs does not include reproduction rights. Game cannot be copied or used without prior permission.
